Fox Point Subdivision is a planned development with 24 lots custom designed around a meadow and along a scenic ridge with outstanding views. . CCR’s will be included to maintain the value and integrity of the subdivision. All lots will have town utilities and roads & driveways will be plowed as part of the Home Owners’ Association.

A peaceful meadow, pond and spring are part of the open space of the community as well. Prime view lots sit atop a ridge facing north with the lower lots situated in the beautiful setting of the meadow. All lots will have pre-determined pad sites to maintain unobstructed views as part of the overall master plan.
